World Outreach Ministries through World Outreach Christian Center expresses its vision as follows:
1. A Church that Emphasizes God’s Word -- We believe that God’s Word is the first key to true success in life (Joshua 1:8). Our desire is to help each person become equipped with the principles of victory and success in God’s Word.
2. A Church Empowered by the Holy Spirit -- We believe in the present day ministry of the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to help each person become equipped with the life changing, miracle-working power of the Holy Spirit.
3. A Church of Worship & Prayer -- Worship and prayer are vital to intimacy with God. Our desire is to help each person have a heart for God, and learn how to exercise His dominion through worship and prayer.
4. A Church with Family Focus -- Our desire is to help each person (whether they are single, married, divorced, or widowed) find safe harbor in God’s family, and come to understand His plan and order for the home.
5. A Church that Makes Disciples -- Christians are “born” disciples are “made.” Our desire is to train each person (children, teens, singles, and adults) to use their faith for Christian character, service, and daily victory as they learn to abide in Christ.
6. A Church that Produces Leaders -- We believe that God has called all Christians to leadership in some form. Our desire is to help each person learn the principles of servant-leadership so that they can find and fulfill God’s plan for their life.
7. A Church that Reaches the World -- Our desire is to help fulfill the Great Commission through every means possible, with the message of total salvation and victory through Jesus Christ.

Statement of Faith [ Back to top ]
World Outreach Ministries through World Outreach Christian Center describes its doctrine as follows:
We Believe In ...
1. THE BIBLE - The inspired Word of God, a revelation of God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct. We believe that the Bible is our handbook for true and lasting success. (Joshua 1:8, 2 Timothy 3:15-17)
2. THE TRINITY - The triune Godhead is comprised of three separate and distinct personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who are co-equal and eternally existent three personalities in one Godhead. (John 14:9-11, 23-26 & 2 Corinthians 3:17,18)
3. SALVATION Man was created good and upright in the image of God, but inherited a sin nature through Adam’s fall. Man’s only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ. In order to receive salvation and experience a new birth, each person must confess and believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe that Christ’s atoning work ultimately includes salvation from sin, sickness, poverty, death, and every other curse known to man. (Isaiah 53:4-6, Matthew 8:16,17, Romans 10:4-13, Galatians 3:13,14, & Revelation 22:1-3)
4. WATER BAPTISM The command of water baptism should be observed by all Christians as an outward sign of an inward work. By doing so, we personally and publicly identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19 & Romans 6-8)
5. THE FULLNESS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - We believe that it is a command and privilege for all Christians to “follow after love and desire spiritual gifts” (1 Cor. 14:1). We need the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit; both are vitally important. The fruit of the Spirit equip us with the character of Christ. The gifts of the Spirit equip us with His power. (Ephesians 5:17-19, Romans 8:4-6, Galatians 5:22-25, & 1 Corinthians 12:7-10)
6. THE BLESSED HOPE The Scriptures declare that Jesus Christ is coming again to gather His people unto Himself. The dead in Christ shall rise first. Then, Christians who are alive will be gloriously transformed. Death will be swallowed up in victory! (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 & 1 Corinthians 15:12-58)
7. THE GREAT COMMISSION The Church has been commissioned to take the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ to every tongue, tribe, people, and nation. The gospel message encompasses total salvation for the total person: spirit, soul, and body. (Matthew 28:19,20, Mark 16:15-20, & 1 Thessalonians 5:23) "
World Outreach Ministries was founded in 1979 by Jason and Martha Peebles. Jason and Martha met at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They both graduated in 1976. Jason and Martha invested over 20 years of their life in evangelistic work around the world before starting World Outreach Christian Center. Jason has served as a teacher in the body of Christ, and has traveled into many countries. Martha is a singer and worship leader. It was through these years of travel and ministry that God gave them a vision for the harvest that includes: a national radio ministry, study materials, a Missionary Agency, and World Outreach Christian Center.

This organization has not offered MinistryWatch.com with an official statement or response for their profile. This area is meant as a mechanism for the profiled ministry to communicate anything they may choose. It is open ended as to the topic, issues, facts or news to address. It is not negative if there is no official statement as many don’t have anything to add than what is already on the profile. This section is not tied to transparency or to communication in general. Many very open and talkative ministries with us choose not to post an official statement. This section is just an open ended offering to the profiled ministry for anything extra to say as they may choose.
